Attended by 443 participants including the Foundation Board, University Management, Division Heads, Unit Heads, Department Heads, as well as teachers and staff from 5 branches, 21 school units, and 2 higher education institutions under the Pondok Pesantren Diniyyah Foundation, the opening of the 2026 Work Conference was successfully held, followed by Upgrading and Capacity Building sessions in preparation for the 2026–2027 academic year.

The joint event took place simultaneously at two locations: Campus 2 Diniyyah Al-Azhar Sungai Kambang, Jambi City, and the Diniyyah Al-Azhar Islamic Boarding School Campus in Muara Bungo.
Carrying the theme “Continuous Innovation, Preserving Tradition,” the initiative represents an effort to maintain educational excellence while continually introducing the latest innovations to elevate the quality of education at Diniyyah Al-Azhar.

Umi Dra. Hj. Rosmaini officiated the opening and delivered a directive emphasizing the importance of fostering a deep love for Islamic outreach (da’wah), which is pursued through education. She noted that sincerity in every effort will consistently bring ease in navigating challenges to prepare the next generation.

The 3-day event continues with Upgrading & Capacity Building sessions led by national-level speakers. Began on day-1 where participants evaluated the execution of programs and activities from the 2025–2026 academic year. Followed by discussions focus on planning and strategy for the upcoming year on day-2 and wrapped up on day-3: Dissemination of policies, regulations, codes of conduct, and finalized work plans developed over the preceding two days.
The Upgrading and Capacity Building sessions featured experts in their respective fields:

- Dr. H. Abdul Muhaimin El Yusufi, B.Sy.E., M.E.
- Dr. Suci Nora Julina Putri, M.Pd.

- Dra. Almainova, M.Pd.
Through this initiative, Diniyyah Al-Azhar aims to continuously raise the bar for quality Islamic education. Beyond sustaining past achievements, program completion rates, and learning milestones, the institution seeks ongoing year-over-year improvement.
